Manhattan Beach Sand Section (MLS area 142): 53 Single family homes (SFR’s) and townhouses–from $799,000 to $6,500,000. 13 have over 4,000 sq. ft. of living space. There are three more homes not on the MLS or officially on the market, but are available. One is located one door north of the Manhattan Beach Pier and on The Strand, and the other is on 4th Street, one of the most pristine walk streets and three houses from The Strand.
Manhattan Beach Hill Section (area 144): 24 SFR’s and townhouses–from $1,500,000 to $7,150,000 (8,000 sq. ft.). 14 have over 4,000 sq. ft. and 7 of those have over 5,000 sq. ft.
Hermosa Beach Sand Section (area 148): 59 Single Family homes and townhouses–from $799,000 to $8,950,000. 8 have over 4,000 sq. ft. of living space. One has 6,000 sq. ft. Four houses are directly on The Strand. Another house, a magnificent mansion, has 7,100 sq. ft. and a 10,000 sq. ft. lot, but it is a few blocks east of the ocean near Valley Drive. It lists for $7.9 million and was built in 2007.
